Smile How many hours do you sleep?

Well, was just wondering how long most people slept, coz the most i can get is like 3 hours on a good day.. hehe. It's been this way ever since college and all that. It's great if you have stuff to do and all but maybe its gonna make me :loopy: sometime in the future too!

I sleep 10-12 hours a day. I have something wrong with my thyroid (I believe the term is hypo-thyroidism) and I can't really control how long I sleep or stay awake. This is far different from the 2-3 hours of sleep I used to live with in highschool, and I'm still not entirely used to sleeping so much...

I usually get around 8 hours every night. 11:30 - 7:30. It is very important for ones health that they try to have a regular sleeping routine. Try to set a bedtime routine and stick to it.

As Painkillers only seem to last 4 hours, that's all I can sleep.

I wanna live longer, so i sleep only 2-3 hours aday.

P.S the live longer part is just a joke.. studies show that if you get less then 6 hrs of sleep aday you actually die faster

all the midnight emulator coding frying your brain Xeven? Remember that sleep is your best fueling potential to at least keep at tip-top shape

I usually sleep around 6-8 hours a day. It depends if I feel like sleeping.

5-6 on weekdays, 10-15 on weekends/holidays. also, i usually sleep at daytime if i can. since my natural sleep time is over 8 hours, i voted for that.

I go to bed at ~12:00 a.m., or slightly before and wake up at ~6:00 a.m., since I have classes at 7:00 a.m., however sometimes I lose track of the number of times that I press the snooze button.

On weekends it varies: either I go to sleep early (9:00-10:00 p.m.) or I go to sleep late. In spite of this, I always sleep ~12 hours.

I'd like to sleep more in general, but all the fun stuff begins late at night.
