French, Latin, or other? Does anyone know what is being communicated?

Sounds like French to me. Though Im not sure of it nor do I understand...

edit: wait, I just remembered. Morendum *'est* is latin, not french. Ignorantes demoiselles is French. Both these phrases someone thought me to use to irritate my friend on Diablo2 Battle.Net sometime ago.
