Sci Fi movie: The outer limits

That's an alright series.
Beings of energy fooling humanity. Taking bodies and gaining power.

:hmm: they made a movie from the outet limits? Haven't heard anything about that. Sounds a bit like the invasion of the body snatchers to me....

Yeh, I noticed something funny Kid A. One episode was completely different from another and had no relation to the last.
I seen 2 episodes so far. As it only started not long ago.

i used to watch outer limits when it aired here after mad tv sometimes... i really liked the show, it was like a freaky horror series always with a plot twist in the end, and it always made the people who you thought were good end up being the bad guys

its a shame it no longer broadcasts here, i still remember the begining intro with the staticy screen and they say "do not attempt to adjust the screen, we have taken control now, for the next hour something something something..." or something like that reminded me a lot of x files back then

HAHAHA! I thought that was silly.
So it is a bunch of random stories with no relation to one another?

Yeah, I used to watch that show now and then. I am not a really big TV watcher though, so I mostly ignore everything that's on.

some episodes are VERY stupid, while others are really good. It just depends.

Yeah, it is basically a more sci-fi version of the Twilight Zone. It also has its own roller coaster in King's Island, and THAT had a much more freaky intro to it than the TV series (they had Monitors around that you watched while you stood in line; it was also in this big warehouse so it felt that you were at Area 51 or something, very cool).

One of my favorite episodes is there are 7 people in these underground bunkers, and they hold the key to this doomsday device. It is there job to keep pushing the "don't destruct" button, and then Set it off if the Aliens ever gain control of the planet. Each person in the bunker can communicate to the other people in the other bunkers via Video Screen. Then, something starts happening to the people in the bunkers... It had a very awesome ending.

I thought that they still showed it on the Scf-Fi channel?

Kraiger, I saw the previews for that episode. It was called dead man's switch wasn't it? I never did actually watch it.

My favorite episode though was this one where these guys were on this ship carrying a weapon big enough to destroy a planet, and they were going to blow up the homeworld of the species who was trying to anhialate the human race. Something goes wrong, and the ship is taken over by the enemy.... It's got a very surprising ending, and I loved it.
