As Iran already said, "this is not a zip file just replaced its extension with ppt." You need to change it before it can work. Of course, you also need PowerPoint to make it work.

download the file,

rename it to compositsketch.ppt

open it with ieexplorer or if you have it, powerpoint.

It's easy to do in DOS/DOS prompt if you've got access to it (simply do rename thisfile.zip thisfile.ppt). I'm not sure if there's another way to get around Windows' renaming scheme.
