Hmm... I thought I was up to date about obscure late 80's comedy... evidently not - hence my "what is red dwarf?" vote

Red Dwarf is one of my favourite shows ever
The first 5 series are so funny but the new ones are not as great.
Got to be my 2nd favourite comedy ever or maybe my 1st I cant choose between that and Bottom with Rik mayle and Adrian Edmunson in...

Oh and the talking toster bit is so funny :lol

VII was bad, but things have improved in VIII. You just can't have red dwarf without Rimmer

Red Dwarf is a British comedy show that pokes fun outta the entire Sci-Fi genre. It stars:
Lister - A human... just about, with the cleaning habits of the worst kind of student.
Rimmer - A hologram, who is so uptight that you couldn't bend him with a car crusher
The Cat - A highly evolved human shaped cat. Obsessed with himself and looking cool.
Kryten - An android.... nuff sed.

Needless to say it is humour of Blackadder proportions, and I love it.

Lister walksnto the room wearing a slightly too small pink nightie with dental floss hanging from his mouth from where he tried to stick his tooth cap back on with wood glue, then try to floss.
