Some guy in Germany is selling EPSXE on a cd - is that legal?

Nope, that's illegal.

1. ePSXe is copyright by the ePSXe authors and can't be sold without their permission.

2. I am sure this CD include the PSX-BIOS, and this BIOS is copyright of Sony.

3. I am also sure this CD include some PSEmu Pro Plugins, which are copyright of their authors too, like ePSXe.

hi!

The only thing this guy want, is making money with the work of other people.

If I want to make emulators popular, i write to computer magazines, so that they write about that, and not sell them at eBay (<- hint - i think computer-magazines write way too less about emulators (atleast in germany))

Yup, the ePSXe coders, nor the Plugin coders wouldn't sue him, because they simply don't have the money nor the time to do that.
But Sony seems to have both, and i am sure they will do something if they get informed about that (<- hint).

Hmm. Though its ridiculous but thats nothing unusual I guess. (I have seen some stupid people doing similar things in order to make money).

eBay don't do anything ... it's their money ... if they would close this auction they wouldn't get money for the sells.
And as long as no large business like Sony, Microsoft & Co. tell them to close such a auction, they don't do that.

They wrote that processing the mail will take 12 to 36 hours.
