the prefix xeno usually refers to something that is strange and alien, sometimes people sometimes technology etc... just like something with chrono doesnt have to do with ct or cc becuase chrono refers to time

I just looked up cracy. It means, according to Dictionary.com

Government; rule:
->meritocracy.

Knowing the peopel at monolith they might very weel use a name such as strange-government for their game. I wouldn't speculate too much though cuz chances are that they aren't related in any way.

Well, I have always been fond of proper english. My mind refuses to understand the use of "saw" as an adjective. How does the title relate to the post?

saw as in the past tense of see... the only gramatical errors would be "something" and "I" ... and this relates to the post because it is something strange recca "saw" while going through gamewinners
