Well Squall there have been Muslims killing their daughters and/or wives in the US and they keep it hush hush. I know some Muslim ran over his daughter (she later died) because she was becoming too westernized) but the media in the US doesn't like to upset Muslims...

I don't hear of non Muslim parents killing their kids because they are too westernized...

That isn't to say every Muslim thinks that way, but there are radicals everywhere, including the US, and it seems that they are given more leeway than other religious people in the US...

Why mess with Circumcisions? if anyone want to do that **** then do it yourself but don't force your kid on doing it when hes just a baby, wait till he grows up and then tell him if he want to do that crap.

It's like poking a baby in the eye and taking his eye out, when that baby grows up he won't mind about the "lost eye" because he already got used to it, same as those that grew up without legs, arms, etc...

Just because some of you had the circumcision when you were a kid doesn't mean is good, you don't mind having that crap because you already got used to it.

Sorry Squall. But that statement I made to Chrono earlier was just for Chrono. I was just pointing out that sometimes our own bodies can be our enemies and that's the reason why we can't just leave them alone. It wasn't anything mean. I do know what you were trying to say Squall, but I wanted to add that bit to Chrono with the explanation that I was trying to give to him. It didn't have anything to really do with circumcision.

Some people completely miss the point of things. I was saying that some of our organs, even though we are born with them, can start to hurt us. I don't know why I have to keep on repeating that I was just asking a question that wasn't really about circumcision. He said something about how if that's how our bodies are that we shouldn't mess with them. I agree, I don't see why we should cut off a part of a skin on the male genitalia since there is no point of it hurting anyone (because most people cut it off because of the cleanliness factor). It was just a general statement that i was making.

Don't get smart and make fun of what I was saying. I gave examples of the appendix, gallbladder, tonsils, etc because those are all things we are born with. Usually they do not need to be removed unless if they are starting to damage our bodies.

Obviously, the male genitalia is not going to have something wrong with it when males are born, unless it's an unusual circumstance so there is no reason to cut it off based on physical perceptions. That was what Chrono was addressing and saying we should leave our bodies alone. The only reason why I made that comment was because I was bored and felt like addressing this.

I believe circumcisions on both male and females are a bad thing, a conversation about male circumcision could also be adressed to the female.

Heh. The topic is supposed to be on female circumcision. Of course male circumcision will come up in topic of this conversation. But it's amusing to me that this thread is more about male circumcision instead of female circumcision.
