Harry Potter Amusement Park

We all figured that this would happen one day. And finally, it's here. Truthfully, I'm very excited about it and I would actually love to go. It just sucks that it is in Florida and not California...it'd be easier to visit.

So what do you guys think?

Why hasn't there been a lucas arts amusement park?

come on already!

I'd hate to see Harry Potty overtake Starwars/Indiana Jones and become a bigger cultural phenomenon in 15 years time.

Looking forward to it. Only 8 hours away (well, for me) and Universal Studios >>> Disney World.

I've never felt the urge to drive thousands of miles to ride some theme rides. I like amusement parks (Kennywood, Six Flags, Cedar Point..) but themes aren't necessary.

I do admit, that they do need to give Star Wars and Indiana Jones their own theme park instead of just the couple of rides that Disney Themeparks have allotted to them.

As much as a big fan of HP I am, this doesn't really interest me one bit *yawns* Like BigIg said, its the sensation and thrill of the ride that matters, not the theme.

what! I thought she's 19. I meant the actor, Emma Watson, she's 19.

So i'd skip that previously mentioned ride, and take the Emma Watson ride
