Even though Australia wasn't historical, I found it to be an amazing movie and enjoyed it very much, just like Mike did.

As long as the characters are good looking then there's no need to know the language.

Terminator Salvation Special effects absolutely blew me away, and the young dude who played Kyle Reese did a very good job and came across as very likeable. Bale was a little off with this film as his voicework felt too labored. The action was outstanding, but the way the film was edited it left me scratching my head too many times as to why things were happening when they did, almost as if they cut too many scenes to keep it under 2 hours. This film needs a directors cut asap to flesh the story out a bit better. Bryce Howard also was as gorgeous as always. 8.5/10 Needed to be fleshed out a bit more and to show a bit more of humanity's struggle with their own identity and with the machines. |

The Nightmare Before Christmas 9/10, Watched it with my girlfriend today, we both love this movie. ![]() The only reason it's 9/10 because there is a few plot holes in the movie that I noticed. Creativity like what is found in this movie seems lost nowadays.

A Tale of Two Sisters- 10/10 Freaking amazing Korean film and had an amazing twist that I wasn't expecting at all! Definitely would recommend this film for the people that love horror/thrillers. Thank you Noja for the recommendation! The Uninvited- 5/10 The American version of the Korean made film that I listed above. It was horribly done compared to the Korean film but I guess I would have thought it mildly entertaining if I hadn't watched the original before hand. They made things too Americany..."Oh, he has a condom and beer in his hand! That makes me relate as an American" ![]() The Secret Window- 7/10 Johnny Depp did an excellent performance in this movie. However, I was able to pick up on the ending easily before the film was even half way done. That was a disappointment for me. I like to not be able to tell where the movie is going before I get there. Then again, it had a similar ending as the two films I've listed above, so maybe I just caught on to the little things.

But Requiem For A Dream is infinitely more brutal. It leaves you scarred once you're done watching it. Trainspotting would earn a 9/10 from me. Requiem is way less comical... very serious film. |

Taken- 8/10 Was a great movie, though unbelievable at times. I liked how there was a lot of testosterone in it and much violence. ![]() Eagle Eye- 7/10 Good movie. Also had lots of testosterone in it and much violence. The only thing that kind of made me sad was the ending...I didn't want them to get together. Adventures In Babysitting- 6/10 Ah, the 80s.

Initial-D Live Action Movie, Its starts with the potential, the more the movie progresses the more of a piece of sh... it becomes though it recovers to some extent at a point, except for the races those are pretty well done, that movie had so much potential but unfortunately it only had it and that's it. Including the races i'll give it a generous 6.5 out of 10, without the races 3 out of 10.

How to loose friends and alienate people - 8/10 Pretty good for a romantic-comedy, definitely tried to distance itself from the usual trend these kind of movies try to follow. Simon Pegg is as refreshing as always and the stereotypes portrayed are well done.
