Jadewarrior - 8/10 I'm not sure how many of you know this movie, but its a finnish-chinese co-produced kung-fu movie that was internationally distributed, just how widely I don't know... Its based on the finnish national mythology Kalevala, and suprisingly it came out better than I tought...well, I feared it would completely suck so its not so suprising! The story was pretty nice though the jumping between modern day finland and ancient china could've been made in a better way. The music at points got annoying but I happen to know that its a norm in finnish movies! The thing that mostly suprised me was the fighting scenes that looked rather professional, though I think that's the chinese part of the movie!![]() I'm also in the middle of watching Tokyo Godfathers, I'll write it after I'm done with it...

Just came back after watching Aamir khan starrer movie "Ghajini". Movie is kinda good. Lead actor and actress are both pretty impressive with their acts. First half of the movie is fun but second half got too much violence. Its a remake of Memento (if others watched that). Rating- 6/10 Spoiler:

Hard-Boiled: 9/10 -> seriously a ballet of bullets w/ a good story line that reminds me of Infernal Affairs/Departed. Now I understand why Yun-Fat Chow was/is such a big deal. se7en: 8/10 -> gruesome kills and an unusual but appreciated conclusion

That is so true. I have an insanely muscular stomach because I used to do 200 sit ups every night, though, you can't really notice it because of some pudge that I have on my stomach (all I can do are muscle exercises and not cardio because I smoke). You really can't lose weight doing those type of exercises. You would probably gain more weight actually, because muscle weighs more than fat.

Rocky Balboa Doing this film in his 60's Stallone manages to both perform acting wise and physically he is in insane shape. Following the later days of the former 2 time champ we see Rocky running his restaurant Adrian's in memory of his late wife. Struggling to come to grips with his loss and with a computer simulation depicting him as the winner against the current pampered champion he decides to accept the challenge to get in the ring once more and to go the distance. With the main theme focusing on overcoming some of life's hardest challenges regarding age and grief this film manages to inspire and does well to explore the dedication of a man who without realizing, wants to go toe to toe one more time, with no championship on the line. 9.0/10 Good solid movie of one of the greatest underdog characters of all time. Tokyo Godfathers - 8/10 One of the best anime movies I've seen... The movie is clearly for older audiences like late teens or older, as the main characters are three homeless people with a gay transvestite, old drunkard and a runaway girl who find an abandoned baby girl in the midst of trashes and then decide to find the parents for her. Well, as you can guess things don't excactly go as planned!
