The happening - 3/10

Bad, just bad movie... The idea was stupid and almost all the twists were copied from the other disaster movies. At least the village and the signs had something interesting in them.

EDIT:

The Mist - 4/10

Depressing movie... The ending was just depressing. And one thing I can't understand in this movie genre is that there is always some nutcase/greedy b****d who is sure to give trouble or get them all killed but they never get rid of them, just shoot the b***h before she can cause trouble she's clear to do. Especially if the situation is that bad...

No way. it was totally half-life as told by the citizens who got stomped. It deserves at least a 7.

Having no choices out there except happy hollywood endings is depressing

Um, normal people don't just up and kill people who are pissing them off. (note I said normal people). I'm sure it's easy for you to just say that because you know it's a movie and you know what's coming.....but the characters don't. And if the characters are going to be at all believable then they have to act as if they're in a real situation and not a movie.

that was a superb movie. I went into it expecting a rah-rah america movie and I was pleasantly surprised.

Bah, it wasn't half-life, add a bearded scientist with eyeglasses and armed with a crowbar and you got half life, "the mist" was not however... And by saying depressing ending I don't mean it should've been happy ending, what I mean is that the suprising twist in the end was just pretty damn deppresing... It would've been better if they all just died.

Golden Compass - Lacked character development, and the plot was rushed. it didn't even have a proper ending.

The last two movies that I saw that I found entertaining was Harold and Kumar - Escape from Guantanamo Bay (the only partially funny movie that is out nowadays) and Wanted.

Rate, for God's sake, rate!

Wanted was amusing. A "Manga in reality" movie. Controlling bullets direction . 7/10 if I should give a rate.
