Hmm I think it was HelloGB or something like that when I started with emulation in 2000.

Nesticle when it first appeared. When was that like 1997 or something? That emulator truly rocked my world, I couldn't believe it at the time.
Sardu was a friggin' god to me back in the day. Genecyst and Snes97 when first released also had a similar effect. |

I think it was about in 1998. I think it was SNES9X. Not very sure though. On that time I thought it was impossible to understand. Then followed by Nesticle.

Around 2001, started messing with emulators. I'm wanting to say it was either PCSX or AdriPSX, I think. Well, I know it was a PS1 emulator, anyway.
Didn't run very well on this kickass system: 733 AMD Duron 64MB RAM (PC133 I believe) NVidia Vanta 16MB Soundblaster Audio 30GB Harddrive Windows ME (Which later had XP Installed after it was upgraded to 192MB ram) I believe it had a 150 watt power supply. Thats alot of power!

First emulation I contributed a little to was a waveform emulator for the C64's SID chip (called SIDPLAY for Linux 1.0, made by Michael Schwendt and others). Later on I started on a 6502 emulator, which worked but was never finished.
