well.... everyone knows that nothing beats th KOF fever....

personally, I like KOF 96 the most..... whatever you say, I think that it has a "swing", an "extra oomph" that the others don't...

3d would be without a doubt Soul Calibur for Dreamcast.

2d as of right now is the KOF series.

All time favorite is the Street Fighter II. I was like 10 or so at the time, I can't remember, and that arcade machine made my parents poor. Hehehehe.....

Is that KOF good fighting game? I've getting bored with all these fighting games for example, the X:men fighting game is very bad.
I could beat my friend at the first time, and he had played the game about an year but the robot fighting game on PC was best, there was the chrono, jaguar, nova, gargoyle, and other robots, please tell me the name!!

well.... KOF is just the best!!!! even if it is short, you'll have a good time learning to pull out the moves......

My favourite games series are kof series ( not all i like ) and Tekken 3 and Tekken TT ( too bad the Arcade in my area dont have Tekken 4 ). I also liked street fighter zero 2 ( i loved the custom combo system and zero counter system) .

And for the Soul Calibur series, i just played this game for few times ( ofcourse, i used nightmare ). I have nothing to say about the gameplay, but the characters' motions are really realistic, it is a pleasure to see those characters showing off their fighting styles.

I don't understand how you ppl love your KOF. Its a decent game to me, but it feels so stiff and lacking in well... all regards compared to Street Fighter. SF Alpha 3 to be exact. IMO, that game is the most full featured and balanced 2D fighter.

I don't really like any 3D fighting game but I enjoy DOA for haha obvious reasons... okay I'm in love with Tina. There! I said it. I also never did understand the fascination with Soul Calibur. I barely touch it mind you, but when I played through it a few times, I thought is was really boring. I dunno I guess it just isn't my kind of genre.

And that craptacular PC fighting game must have been FX Fighter. Although I have neve played it, I don't know many other crappy PC fighting games and I KNOW that one was crappy.

well, PC fighting games are naturally crappy, but... are you saying that a......steet fighter is better than THE KING OF FIGHTERS!!!!!!

I enjoy DOA too, but only with friends. It's very shallow and it's mostly eye candy in my opinion. Doesn't take much either to master it.

I have this game and you are 100% correct in my opinion. This game is really lame, but it is a PC fighting game. What do you expect?




The most disappointing series in my mind is the Street Fighter 3 series. Man, I just can't stand it! What did we do to Capcom to deserve this!!

For sf zero 3, the custom combo is not as fun as it was in sf zero 2 and much easy to use,but i prefer something harder. And to be quite frankly, the new counter system is way too easy and useless. I used to play street fighter series since 10 years ago, but once i switched to kof98 ( i did play the previous series, but i still prefered street fighter series at that moment ) , i can no more stand the slow gamespeed in street fighter series.

And u love to play DOA3 instead of Soul Calubur... and the reason is because of those "oversize" girls right? ... Obviously u r not a true fighting games fan, so, i kinda understand why u dont like kof. For people like me who like to learn hard to use moves,kof series is my choice.

same here.. Due to the failure of the sucky sf3 series, not many arcades here willing to import sf series. The arcades in my country will atleast have 2-3 kof series in the store, but street fighter series will be dissappeared if capcom still cant make a good sf series in the future.

No, FX Fighter isn't not the game I mean... It was One Must Fall.
At kid I was always playing it at my friend...

It's old game now but a classic at least I think so

I thought it was One something, but I couldn't remember the other two words. I liked that game a lot, too. The ability to improve your robot was fun.

Actually I was chosing between Tekken Series
and KOF series I chosed Tekken coz this is my current
favorite I chosed these two by the fact there are many decent
player in the arcades I play The only thing that motivates me to
play is the quality of my opponents Ireally hates mashers
