How about a F.E.A.R multiplayer party. Using the free FEAR multiplayer software. No paying for the game or payed account required. Everything is free over Gamespy Comrade.

I'd own joo so bad......if my connection wasn't satellite with a high latency. I'd be kicked from the server in a matter of seconds if not minutes.

its more to have a general idea of who could join the fun on xbox live (dead or alive wouldnt be too bad). not everybody uses gamespy/xfire/steam/teamspeak/whatever

Too bad X-Link Kai does not work, due to some ping limiter either by the game or the 360 that prevents you to use a third party system to play the games.

i have no issues with the Xbox's sold after december, and there are quite a few good games on there, but im telling you now, Xbox live is crappity, especially when the noobs ban you for an issue the hardware itself causes.

Squall, I suggest you just quit the trolling, you're adding nothing to the thread, you're just derailing it and pissing off the people who want to talk about what this thread's actually about. Arguing Xbox live is crappity will get you nowhere, that hardware issue would be the only thing to have against it, otherwise I've heard even PS3 owners say how they look up to Xbox Live since their PS Network can't match the quality. Besides, if your hardware craps out, why not simply RMA it? I know it sucks and it shouldn't happen in the first place, but there's a warranty for a reason.

Anyway, I don't have an Xbox 360, maybe in due time when another Mass Effect will be released. I might get a Live account, depending on the games that can be played on it. I'm not much of a competetive gamer, I prefer coop. So that kinda takes away the biggest purpose of going Live. Perhaps for the demos and downloadable content it would be nice as well.

While I tech have a account, I only had one for a month when I got a free 30 day trial with Unreal Championship, I never have or will use it again though.
