I don't understand how to install this thing. I'm not the best with with working with computers like this. -_-

I know that this might need to be in a slightly different thread, but because it's a problem and it's my thread I might as well save some time.

I have a Jet Grind Radio file (actually two) but they are not the "cdi" file that the video I saw had. One is an "mdf" and the other is an "mds". What do I do?
