OverClocked NullDc

i dont know why but every time i use NullDc with Dynarec Enabled my FPS jumps to 100-150. I tried disabling it but it gets really slow, does anyone know a method that i could underclock it so it stays at 60Fps?
Thanks

Console Gaming = Toyota's. They're efficient, affordable, and produced for the mass market.
