Graphic problem with SF 3rd Strike

I haven't had this problem before, but lately when i play sf3, my graphics are sorta glitchy.

as you can see, there are these lines running throughout the screen. What is wrong and how do i fix it?

by the way i'm not talking about the borders, i'm talking about the gameplay graphics.

No, it wasn't. the thread you're talking about was about black borders to the bottom and to the right of the screen. This one is about the edges of the polygons that make up the sprites being visible as thin lines (1 pixel thickness) of another color.

my apologies i shouldn't have jumped to conclusions. it just seems to happen a lot around here.

It has to do with video card settings. Not sure if its vsync, aa or af. Try adjusting your graphics card till ya get it right.
