there are 2 other games dumped as far as I know.
Sega Marine Fishing and Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai 3.

A NAOMI cart has an EPROM and some surface mounted roms.
There are also Namco carts without EPROM.
You can see one above the romlist (171-7978B)

I would not trust current NAOMI dumps. There is a 101% possibility that some of them are bad.

Just remember people, there is still alot to be done before it goes any further then this!
Raziel has done a great job getting this far but it will take some extra special work to get further into Naomi Emulation!
Having said that good luck to Raziel in getting the extra work done that is required!
And take your own time to do it!

It was brought up when HAZE was working on CPS3.
He said at the time that cause of the way Mames core is designed no Naomi games would ever run full speed.

Apparently it has nothing to do if he wants it to or not, Apparently it has something to do with the core of the mame engine, not what he or anyone else at mame want to do
At the time he used Street Fighter 2 Hyper Fighting as an example of another game affected by the way the core of mame works.
If you haven't ever played that in mame it runs way too fast and it is something they are not willing to fix
Naomi games will have a similar fate in mame only they will run to slow to be enjoyable

Anyway, i edited the first post with a vid from vs2 2k
Raz, you are doing a great service for the emu community. Thank you so much for working hard for those of us into the emu scene. You, as well as ElSemi, are two guys I have the highest respect for in this industry. You are the guys making significant strides that no one else is doing. Thanks again bro.

Just got a quick question....should you manage to get close to pulling this off, what are the chances you can implement force feedback for Naomi racing games such as Ferrari F355, Initial D, Crazy Taxi, F1, etc into the emu?

Heh, OK no problem man. Well I can only hope you can look into it once you make more progress with it.

Oh yeah by the way....I just discovered there is a Naomi 2 as well. I know this may be a silly question but if you get Naomi games running, does this mean you can get Naomi 2 games running as well? Or would that require too much processing power?

With the excellent talent of Raz, I predict he will get naomi games running at full speed way before anyone emulates Model 3

I brought this up at mame.net and it seems no one there gives a crap about model 3 anymore. I hate to say this, but I have had this ominous feeling for years, that Model 3 will remain one of those arcade boards that will never ever get emulated at full speed. Ville apparently has a prototype of SuperModel and says Daytona 2 and Super GT are both running full speed with no sound. He told me in a PM like two years ago that he will probably never finish it and may just give up. Well, that now appears to be the case, and I've heard he's suffering from a severe case of WoW addiction now.

Oh well, we can only hope that one of these days, either El Semi or drkRaziel will tackle the challenge of emulating this elusive arcade board from Sega. Playing Daytona 2 and Scud Race at home appears to be something I won't experience until I get to the afterlife

And other question, The guru is speech of the current dump of atomiswave as soon. The posibilities of that emu run atomiswave dumps is good?. Thank for you time.

As i have no gdrom board to do testing gdroms are not very useful atm.Naomi2 emulation is the same as 1, and that is just a base dc with extra ram.Atomiswave bios runs, i have no idea about the protections at it or how the hardware works.

i remember last year on haze's website regarding naomi. he said mame could emulate it, but the speed will be around 1-3 fps average.

im guessing this is because mame's goal is to document the entire hardware, not make it run at an enjoyable framerate. for example, mame .117 added the cps3 cd-check. for the gamer, its annoying and adds a 100meg file to nvram. gameplay wise, it doesnt do anything, but its "accurate" emulation.

so even if samuele zannoli, belmont, and the rest of mamedev documents naomi, i think its safe to assume it wont even be playable for now. maybe intel's double quad-core platform will remedy this problem.

i only wish mamedev could release two versions of mame: the current version and an ultrahle-inspired version that allows hacks and whatnot.
