Resolution is 640x480 for Window Mode, but you can resize the window even though this will ptobably distort the graphics a bit. Only Fullscreen Mode has multiple resolutions to choose from.

Dead or Alive 2 LImited Edition Greatly Improved
Caught this one a little late: Great job with this latest version, DOA2LE is not fully playable at full speed on my pc at 1024X768. I am very glad that the Ayane Skirt Glitch was fixed which basically caused the inside of ayane's skirt to get rendered on the outside on her C1. I have even included some screenshots so you can see how amazing it looks. |

This is my 1st post, I just registered to say "thank you" to all ppl involved in the project. People use to post in order to get help running dc games, but remember we all love the brilliant work you are doing with nullDC, even when we don't say Plz keep on it. |

Hey, guys. I was browsing the net and found out a trailer of Rez HD Area 2 for the 360. Gametrailers.com - Rez HD 'Area 2' gameplay HD by andyelmo From what I could compare with the DC version, it seems it has some transparency issues going on. It's also missing a little white "diamond" shaped plane when you hit the enemies. Usually, when you hit enemies that effect (coupled with a rotating super coloured drug-like beam and a rotating plane with the stage's symbol) was present. And it also seems to be gone in NullDC (probably not emulated yet or hard to implement?) My apologies as I can't seem to offer a clear explanation. It's quite hard with Rez! Anyway, this isn't a bug report, just a curiosity. I'm starting to think Rez on NullDC will be more tuned and will end up being better than the 360 port... and obviously totally faithful to the original for Dreamcast. =P drkIIRaziel, you rock

Well as i said in another post, most of these guys although they do it for free, they are better than professionals in my opinion. And i still wonder how they haven't been proposed a good job position by a big company with those crazy skills they got.

Going back to the NullDC discussion: NullDC had internal Antialiasing? That teaches me to read the txt... I have already enabled anti-aliasing on my Nvidia Control Panel and the effects were immediate not only in NullDC but in Resident Evil 4 and other games. Moreover, in a previous page or thread I'm sure I posted a comparison between Rez without AA and with 4x AA on. Here it is: nullDC 1.0.0 beta 1.6 [07/11/2007 update] If I turn it on the cfg too... will it make it even more perfect? As in add to the already set AA? Or will it overwrite the other setting?

So what is the better way of using AA? Use the CFG or force it driver level? I have been forcing AA and AF through the control panel with great success. Games are looking great. I'm just waiting for the transparency issues in Shenmue to get worked out.

[quote=KyJelly;1241913]how come no1 can refrain from admitting they are a thief around here? jeez newbs read the freaking rules At no point was there a mention of anything being stolen. If you misconstrued someone testing a game in order to give feedback about this emulator, well then you need to understand the purpose of this forum. If people don’t test the emulator fully, then how can the developers expect to produce an emulator that runs close to the real thing? Secondly, before you start accusing people of theft, perhaps you need to examine your own hard drive. I highly doubt you personally have converted every Dreamcast game yourself to an iso. I also find it hard to believe that you got approval for the bios as well. While I understand the rules of not talking about downloading games, merely testing an emulator is not the same. Get off your high horse and start actually contributing something to the community other than being a pseudo virtual cop. |

secondly, i do contribute around here. little more as of late but some non-the-less. thirdly my amount of piracy isn't in question, i didn't put it out there for everyone to see. most of us here know to keep that stuff private, but when you mention "However I've been able to play every game just fine, even those dumb-ass echelon altered iso's." the echelon part gives away where you got it from. in the emulation community there are just a few things you don't do. the biggest is talking about stealing. it is the fastest way to a law suite and getting the project/web site shut down. secondly you keep your mouth shut when it comes to stuff you dont know anything about. and clearly your dont know jack. so stfu and go read the rules. pimped |
