hehehe, thank you for replying! Still, given the complexity of DC and the way it acts when rendering/displaying objects you are doing an amazing job. *worships*

Ok, I'll post the info at the bug report thread with all the info. REZ is tears inducing on the comp... Back on the DC days and sucky TVs it was awe inspiring but not THAT epic. Now stage 5 with full screen anti-aliasing, full speed, a good set of speakers and all the goodies is just too much for my eyes.

Let's hope it'll get fix for next version. I'm going to try Psyvariar 2 now. If the issue persists I might also post it at the bug thread. Thanks for the info!

That was too good to stay like that... :s

Well the emulator is still working well, but the black screen bug is coming back

In Skies of arcadia (as usual i should say ) i was in the menu of the game, tried to go back to the game, and then black screen, but the music was still playing.

When i launched the emulator, the clock had to be set again, so i had to delete once again the flash_wb.

Anyone could help me to fix this black screen bug ? It's sooo annoying when it happens right in the middle of a dungeon, when your last save is from a save point one hour ago :s

(and any tutorial to improve graphics please ? with anti aliasing or this king of things?)

Thanks again, great forum, great develloppers ^^

Well, I never got to buy Skies of Arcadia so I might try searching for it (I know, I know, the good game I lost, etc, etc, xP I hope Ebay or whatever place that still has it won't rip me off...) I can't help you there but for the anti-aliasing, I enabled it in the Nvidia Control Panel (I have a GeForce 7300GT, the options I set were 4x for the antialiasing and 8x for the anisotropic filtering) and voilá, NulllDC recognized it and started showing everything in its anti-aliased glory.

I attached you two screens from Rez so you can notice the difference. First one without full-screen antialiasing on and the second with that enabled. Yes, at 1024x728... and still running at full 60fps. I hope NullDC will eventually acquire the "godly" state

The game indeed hangs at the 5th boss (pretty mood breaking considering the previous moments of that area...) Dunno what causes it. As you said, the music still plays in the background.

Anyway, drkIIRaziel work is just amazing. NullDC feels and is solid, stable and, what's even better, runs most stuff at full speed and without heavy issues or requiring a thermonuclear computer with 10 cores.
Yep, mood breaking, but hey, there had to be some price to be had for playing it at great, higher resolutions . No need for REZ 360 HD . Right now i'm playing it in 1280x960, and when it gets supported, i will in 1440x900. It can't get better than that!

Another pretty strange thing is the stage 5 slow down in some parts, then it goes back to normal speed (tried with normal & MMU build, and also changing plugins, always happen).

Great! I see that AlphaProspector is gonna take care of the report, so, it's now a matter of waiting a future release. Thx for the great work.

NullDC.

Quite weird that thing about slowdowns... Perhaps I get so carried away when I see it works I forget about the fps. But yeah, I think there is a moment where it slows down.

I almost forgot of this game till I found out of NullDC. Like Omega Boost or Panzer Dragoon series, I love this type of shooters and shooters in general. They always carry this "artistic" and epic feeling... I would take a Rez over an Assassins Creed any day. Project-Kandinski, heh. Nevermind, there is a Rez review thread in the forum so it would be wise to spam that.

I updated the bug report and I'm proceeding to place another for Mars Matrix (strange graphical issues, I'll go in detail later) and Psyvariar 2. The sort option solved the speed issues (yay!) but, for some reason, all the lighting looks strangely awful as well as the explosions (not so yay...) I'm making a comparative between Beta 1 and Beta 1.6 so people can check the differences.

Insta-ban. Read the rules before posting. It doesn't matter even if you are the developer of the game, talking about downloading games is illegal (here). You are better off reading how to dump it to an ISO on you hard drive.

And please keep cursing to a minimum. Not only will you not get answers faster, but you may never get them this way.

If you read the rules, you'd see that no warez related discussion or support should be given. You already admitted using warez, why would you have to receive support? And using caps doesn't fix anything...

Yea sorry for all the trouble I caused, but I can only see there heads not the whole body, Its cause the screen is not in the middle its like it was pushed up higher so I can only see part of the game. Is there a way to fix this problem or am I screwed?

umm it is supported... all you have to do is manually enter your resolution into the config file and walla! i use 1776x1000 for hd output on my htpc.

how to slowdown

my biggest problem thus far is the emulator runs way too fast (240fps). How do you slow it down? How do you also change the resolution?

However I've been able to play every game just fine, even those dumb-ass echelon altered iso's.

Yep, already tried that, my friend. I got flickering "black/desktop" borders at the left & right sides, also no stretch, only 4:3. This was the reason i didn't gave it too much thought, although, now that you brought the subject again, i gave it a try again, and changed the aspect ratio option. Instant 16:9 bliss, he he.

Right now, i just have to wait a future version where the REZ ending bug is fixed. Later on i can try my RE:CV, which i haven't touched, so i don't know the playable status (i just wish original GD-ROMs were readable by a DVD-ROM, instead of the painful ISO dumping, so i could try more DC games at once).
