NullDC Crashes when using Daemon Tools

I don't have a .CDI image of Ikaruga and I'm not sure how to convert it to one, so I'm trying to use Daemon Tools in conjoined with NullDC. Whenever I try to boot a game from a Virtual Drive, the emulator crashes. I don't know if it's because I'm using Vista or what. Anyone else having this problem?

I have the same exact problem. I am running Daemon Tools V3.47 and when I select the zNullGD for the GDRom Plugin with the default nullPVR plugin, I cannot even load the BIOS without getting an error message. The weird thing is that if I select the "Chankast Video" plugin, I can use the zNullGD GDRom Plugin without any problem.

The problem could be your videocard. Are you trying to run nullDC on a computer with an an integrated videocard? I am running nullDC on two different computers. One has a Nvidia card (which is running flawlessly). The other computer has an integrated videocard that would give me the error message that I mentioned above. The only reason I had nullDC installed on that machine is because I wanted to test the initial install before putting it on my real computer.

My computer has a nVidia GeForce 7800 GSOC card. I really don't think that could be the issue.

Just use Alcohol 120% to make an mdf/mds image of the game and load it using the Image Reader plugin.
