Request... filters...

Hi!
first of all i wanna thank to all the staff of nullDC for this kick-ass DC emulator...

now, it would be great the add of filters like scanlines to get better graphics for example in 2D games like CvS o MvC2... i known that the sprites are pixelated and this is the way that has to be... but in PC screens they looks like crap... i think with filters like scanlines they will look so much better...
