Playing an NRG image with nullCast

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to play a .NRG image on nullCast? If not, how would I convert this image to a .CDI so that it is playable?

its either chankast or nullDC, which is it.

lol nullcast. if it doesn't work mount the .nrg using DAEMON Tools

nullcast =)

if the above doesn't work you might have to burn the image and just play it from your drive or make a new image with a program after you burn it.. as far as i know there isn't a program to convert nrgs ... i know there's cdi -> nrg but nothing opposite

My bad, I had a "Kings of Malibu" moment there....i meant nullDC. When I open the D2 .NRG file the Dreamcast logo boots up, but then I get a picture of a White/Orange CD with a Dreamcast logo on it just spinning around.

Try any selfboot tools from here:
All Chankast tools!!! - EmuTalk.net

Had you try other DC emu like demul or chankast?

Convert .ngr for .iso is easy
It is enough use the software CDburnerXP 3
He converts of .bin and .nrg for .iso

(sorry i'm not speak English)

Thanks again everyone, I loaded the .NRG image onto Daemon tools. and used Exoboot to creat a bootable .CDI image to play on nullDC.
