Converting Original GDROM to CDI

Hello,

I am new to the Dreamcast Emulation scene, and I want to play my "Legally Bought" Dreamcast games on my Laptop via the nullDC Emulator.

Is this possible? I heard that you can only play CDI and BIN images on the Dreamcast Emulators, but how can I convert my GDROM discs to this format so that I can play them?

you need a dreamcast + a coders cable or a bba.

Everythink you need - go to the Dumpcast :: Index and see topic "Dumping games". Very usefull utility - which make correct CDI's from dumped DC tracks you can find in sub-topic "Aerodancing Featuring Blue Impulse - need your help!!!" in the last post!

Well, I don't think so. It's the ONLY place, when I get a REAL HELP with my Aerodancing featuring Blue Impulse game - now I have normal working non-ripped full CDI! In Emuforum I did't get any help (absolutely!), excluding that links with my dump was removed!

hmm if i recall you got "REAL HELP" from members of a different group that happened to be browsing around, not from Dumpcast.

As I think Dumpcast is comprised of only six disc darcagn, who isn't worth a spit when it comes to being productive, but boy will he steal the lime light off of other peoples work.

Doronetty: Dumping your games is legal (on most cases). However, uploading your games to the internet so other people can get them is not legal.
You will not receive help on illegal activities here.
