No, he was asking about basically achieving the proper FPS for DOA which is fixed in the next beta. It was a speed limiting issue.

Firstly ,thank you for your great job.
Apparently, with the next rev. of nulldc doa2 le will run with a good framerate (60fps?) .Will it be with shadows or not ? with or without glitches ? a pc config like that: p4 2.4ghz ram 1000mo ati radeon 9800pro 128mo Will be sufficient ? Thx again. |

those specs seem a little low by todays standards. are you even running ddr-ram? the problem with this game right now is that it runs far too fast on recent systems, if your's is running the game slower than real time then chances are that the next version won't help you that much. You may see a speed boost in the next version if the Dynarec has been much more optimized.

Depends, it has better textures and AA, but the PS2 version has some extra effects in the final battle and more arenas. Both are pretty good though, it's not the worst DC port the PS2 has

Any chance the Ayane skirt glitch from the original version could be fixed? The glitch I speak of causes the inside layer of her skirt (purple costume) is displayed on the outside while the outside layer is displayed on the inside resulting in a red skirt on the purple costume. Any chance that was fixed?
