Movies in full window but game in Half of the window?

I just installed this,and let me tell you this thing is hot!!!

i got no error msg, but when i try to run a game this happens:

as you can see, i amble to see the movies in full window but after that capcom movie the game starts and the game is always half of it, if i choose fullscreen the same happens, the game is in half of my screen.

If i choose the chankast video plugin same thing

anyone knows whats going on? I got an MSI geforce 6600Gt PCI-E by the way.

no, the game is usa ntsc

how come im the only one with this problem? might be the graphics card? the geforce6600gt is a very common card
