nullDC_100b1.exe has stopped working

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit fully updated.
Hardware is Athlon 64x2 4400 2 gig of DDR 400 ram
Nforce 4 SLI ultra mainboard and a Geforce 8800gts 640mb ram.

The plugins I am using at this time But have tried all varients and still get crash after launching"nullDC_100b1.exe has stopped working".

PowerVR- nullPVR Plugin
Gdrom Plugin-zNUllGD, SCSI Passthru
AICA-nullAICA
Maple-nullDC Controller
Ext.Device-the only one selectable is selected

I have tried Images and still crashes on launch also installed on my laptop which uses a Intel 1.5 Ghz and 1 Gig DDRII ram with Vista Ultimate 32bit and ATi X300 128mb ram dedicated. and it as well crashes with the same error.
Anyone that has gotten this error and figured out where the error lies please let me know I would really like to try this emulator out.
I guess Vista must be the problem because both my PC's use Vista one uses 32bit and the other 64bit.
Also wanted to add that I have tried the Binary and installer still same error.
Looked if there was possibly another GDrom plugin around looked at the chanka one added to plugins but wont let me select it aftert I added it.
