Can't install nullDC

Whenever I try I'm told there's another installation in progress.
Do you know what could be causing this?

stop all app's or restart your pc

Well, are you installing something else? If not, a previous setup probably told you to reboot to complete installation and you ignored it.

Of course I'm not installing something else, and other installers run fine.
