Question How to limit the FPS ?

How can I set the limit for frames per second as every thing seems to be running at double speed in Resident Evil Code Veronica ?

People complaining about having too many FPS, you have to admit DrkRaziel, that's one fine compliment

I'm still wondering if NullDC fixes this RE: Code Veronica Problem?

yes, enabling vsync with a refresh rate of 60hz will limit the frame rate to 60fps when in full screen mode (doesn't limit in windowed mode for me). Of course if parts of the game were designed to run at 30fps they would still run at double speed and some games do switch frame rates.
