Resident evil 2 does not work

I load the image,but after I am shown dreamcast,it remains white.
I tried the original CD and I even tried a downloaded copy.Non works(the original works with no probs on a friend's of mine dremacast)

Standard pc cd/dvd rom drives can't read original Dreamcast GDs, and anyway this is a windows ce game and wont work.
