NullDC low fps

I have a problem with my nullDC.I only downloaded that emulator to play Resident Evil Code Veronica.I have configured the controls and everything. But when I try to play it,I only have 25 fps or 90 fps.If I use the Chankast's Aica sound plugin,I get 90 fps,and if I use Elsemi's Aica I get only 25 fps.
I know I have a fairly slow system, but isnt any way of fixing this without changing my CPU?
Here are system specs:
OS:Vista
CPU:Intel Celeron 440 2 Ghz(overclocked at 2.6 Ghz)
RAM:2 Gb(Dual-Channel)
Video:Geforce 8500 GT(overclocked)

If I get 90 fps with Chankast's Aica plugin, could I some way lower that frame rate?

And the NullAICA doesn't work?

You could try using ChankAICA, with a full screen resolution (with vsync forced) with the refresh rate of 60 or 50hz depending on the region.

It works now.I have 60 fps all the time.It still seems a bit fast though. But I'ts better now.At least it doesn't run like it has turbo up its ass.

Your RECV is PAL (50Hz), so is 25FPS.
Go on nullDC settings and change the Cable Type to VGA(0).
This should solve your problem.
