frame limiter = max 50 fps? Pal and Ntsc?

Was just wondering if the max fps the dreamcast was really 50? Seems the toggle LimitFPS=1 in the cfg makes the limit 50 and not 60 for most ntsc games. Could this be a prob linked to the refresh rate of pal vs ntsc as i'm almost certain dreamcast was able to get 60 on ntsc systems... then again i'm no expert so just wondering.

if the limit is 50 then you must be using a PAL game and bios files.

Change "Cable Type" to "VGA(0)", this force 60Hz refresh, but some games dosent support this cable type.
