OK my specs are

Vista 32-bit
quad core 2.4
8600GTS pci-e 1.0

Have tried

I hope so, that's all we really need to have a fully functional emulator right now...just this. That's all I want for Christmas, a gamepad plugin again for Null.

I believe the tiger status is fixed in 1.0.3.

For the audio issue, it is supposedly fixed in the beta along with gamepad support . Both of which were broken in the 1.0.3 release, both of which are fixed in the beta, both of which have not been released in a fix build since the release back in Aug 08. Soon, soon....

Question Keyboard settings

Dear froum members:

I'm new in this and I have nullDC running but I can't get past the date and time setting. Pressed all the keys included the enter key in my keyboard nothing works. Could someone tell me how I can hit Select to set the time and date?

I would be very appreciated, thanks for releasing nullDC drk Raziel and the others.

Regards
Dilsia

Naomi is a Sega arcade board which was similar to the dreamcast, with minor differences like bigger memory, etc...

Exclamation Will NullDC 1.0.4 run smooth on a Pentium4 2.4 Ghz ?

Hello

I have been using NullDC for a long time and could play Deadly Skies in previous releases at full speed with only my Pentium4 with 2.4 Ghz and 256 MB ram, only lacking the VMU wich enables to save and load the game.
In release 1.0.3 the VMU was fixed and the graphics are brilliant! but the game runs 30 % slower more or less. I wonder if the reason is the VMU fix, and I would like to know if next release, 1.0.4 can be expected to be faster and can run this game with my Pentium4 or will I have to update definitively to a Dual Core or Core Duo PC ?
I will be grateful for your help and keep the good work going! this is the best Dreamcast emulator!

nullDC has indeed been slowing down, but that's an inevitable consequence of completing the emulation. If your video card requires the use of the Chankast plugin, I'd recommend getting one that allows you to use nullPVR(provided you've got yourself a PCIx16 slot).

My video card is NVidia FX 5500 and worked fine with nullPVR on previous releases, but I had the problem of slow speed when I use version 1.0.3, even while using a 640 x 480 screen resolution. I tried overclocking my Pentium4 to 3 Ghz, but the speed remains the same. That did not happen on nullDC 1.0.6, the game was running at full speed with nullPVR. Is there any hack to speed up nullDC 1.0.3, perhaps disabling sound or so ?
