I have the newest PVR and i use this settings ->

- nullDC settings

CP pass: ON
Underlock FPU: OFF

- Graphic plugin: NullVPR
Full Screen: ON
Asept ratio: Stretch
Paletted Textures: Versioned
Sort: Trianlge
Modifier Volumes: Off

- Image: Image Reader by drk Raziel

- Sound plugin: Null AICA
Buffer audio: 2048
Sync Audio: ON

Try a different graphics plugin.

What is your 3d card ? Seems like it does not support projected textures. You can try chankapvr plugin (its included on the download) or download the updated drkpvr (its somewhere on this forum -- i dont have the time to look for a link atm).

Try a driver update for your card.

Thats what was happening to the track in Daytona 2001 and Virtua Striker 2 when I used the new plugin I have an ArcadeVGA graphics card based on the ATI Radeon X550 chipset. I have the latest drivers available for the ArcadeVGA. I have to use the AradeVGA drivers as it's running an arcade monitor. The 7th Nov 2007 Plugin works fine for both the games above and may fix your problem. The only issue I have is the the newer plugin fixes problems with other games such as 18 Wheeler, so I have had to setup two different version of Nulldc for my frontend.

Raz:- Keep up the great work

Thanks
Andy
