NUllDC glow effect add-on

This was for another game but it works with nulldc for some reason...just extract the files in the nulldc directory and load your game. you can turn the effect on and off with the numpad + .

It works on nulldc amazingly!

...I lost 10 fps, but im also using an oc'd celeron to 2.56 with a radeon 9800xt?...I think my card is a 9800.... but in necase it still is surprisingly beneficial to any 3d game. The Texture and Lighting on Shenmue was amazing and same for Soul Calibur.

worked with RE4 and splinter cell. apparently works with any game that utilizes dx.
