Wink Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) missing sounds ?

Ok I did a search on "UFC" here but found nothing except a few shots in the nulldc beta thread and the mention 'playable'.

Indeed, I tried it yesterday and yes it's "playable", graphics are awesome and glitchless.
BUT there's only one problem in the audio department : punch and kick sounds are totally absent, which kind of ruins the immersion

Here's the debug windows :

As you can see it shows nothing like an error or something, so I'm wondering if its related to the emu or due to my game image (?) Obviously I tried all the available audio plugins, Chankast's AICA Elsemi's AICA and nullAICA of course... same problem everytime : all the sounds (crowd, referee) are there but the hit/kick/punch sounds

Does anyone have the game and can confirm if the audio bug happens to them ?

I dont have the game so i cant test .. but it could perfectly be a bug on the aica core(s) -- its by far the least emulated part of the dreamcast :P

No, disabling sound (using empty aica) does not emulate the sound core at all, that includes the second cpu at the dreamcast (an arm7di).As the arm core uses a slow interneter you get quite some boost by disabling it :P

Thanks for your reply Raziel, then I'll wait for this to be fixed. Other then that it's amazing to see such a flawless emulation. You're probably really gifted (even compared to other emu coders).

'Hope your work on Naomi is going fine btw. See ya.
