Maybe this game had some english language files in it just like the Dragon Quest game?

As I seen on other sites also Assassin's Creed DS has languages (German and Italian) others than the ones meant to be there in first place (English, French and Spanish), but I think that those English sentences have been added with a patch, just as it happened with FFIV

P.S.
As I seen Assassin's Creed DS is playable on NO$GBA v2.6a, but since I don't have the game I don't know if it's fully playable

It's just an english patch (just the basic options)

Yup Hei-YYH is right i use a english patch in FFTA2.. menu, weapons,magicks,jobs,some side quest put in english.. almost all the necessary details is translated EXCEPT FOR THE STORY LINE which is in japanese..since the one who made the translations at the moment has no plans on translating the storyline..

if you look at DQ4 screenshots.. ALL of the menu and storyline is translated but i guess it still has typo eros.. at least the game is in english..

Please test games. and note if theres a glictches.. tell if the game if not playable or playable..

How much of the game did you play? I say that because it's not fully playable (even in 2.6a), for example, the first star in Bob-Om Battlefield causes the game to crash (see screenshot) when you get it, thing that doesn't happen, for example, with the sixth star of that level, the one in the cage at the beginning of the game (I specify that to let you know that is not all stars, it's an specific error)
