not sure about the real padded size of a kh save file, but it works at 512B

I use Pokesav for Platinum too and I ran into the same problem. All you do is go back to Shuny's converter and point it at your poksav edited file then select the input (or source) as RAW 512 (or Raw 256 if you converted into that) then select the output as no$gba, click convert, save the file in your Battery folder and happy gaming ^.^
