No$gba Cheat support

I know have the new version of No$gba (2.6)
My questions is if cheat support broke this release.
Because I am not able to use some of my Cheats.
I give an example

This is the Pokemon Diamond cheat for 999 Lucky eggs it works perfectly

Lucky Egg x999

And this is the cheat for "No random Battles" MY question is why doesn't this cheat works and the other one does

No random battles (l=r to turn on/off)

Maybe the region code of the code doesn't match the region code of the emu.
(E)=European
(U)=USA

no they are both for (U) but I have a European Firmware, could that be a problem I doubt it but...

The only region that matters is that of the game being played/cheated with.
