There is no fullscreen option yet in this particular addon. For that you will have to try myZoom or No$Zoomer, or perhaps also NGZoom.

This was THE FIRST addon to feature zooming for no$gba. It only features a moderate increase in screen size though to 1.5x, so I guess you may still find it too small. There's no actual option to increase the screen size, it opens automatically at 1.5x

Here. Check the consolidation of former stickies sticky as well as the current NO$Zoomer sticky.

White screen also. Single NO$GBA and all other "zooms" works properly.
XP SP3, ATI Mobility 3450 (DH Mobility Modder)

Try installing DirectX 9.0c and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2008.

Perhaps something like Vista's UAC or an Anti-Virus program is randomly blocking it from accessing no$gba...or perhaps you use an app like ATI Tray Tools which changes the global hook and it then can't use it's way of targeting and piggybacking onto no$gba.

ATI Tray Tools is software which helps you control your ATI graphics card, in order to do so however it change something called the global hook to one of it's own choosing...something which certain apps can't work with, for instance I have an app which is sort of like an IM app but it connects to a cellphone service rather than the net, and that app refused to start whilst I had ATI Tray Tools installed.
