I'm still running an Athlon 64 3400, 6800GT and 1 gig of DDR 400 (all with varying degrees of overclocking), but it still runs great!

Bah...sorry...lately I have been confused about whether I am in the Profile Manager or NDS2XGL thread.

I shall delete my other posts as I have been talking nonsense.

No, sorry, I have not played around with it yet.

As far as I know after the first time you loaded a game it should automatically be added though...or maybe that's only on the new version...

One other thing. Nds2xgl says that 1.5 should fit perfectly on a 1024 x 768 resoulution screen, but I have about 2 in. still left above and below no$gba. It still doesn't magnify enough to strech it enough to reach both the top and the bottom of the screen.

You guys do know the more you stretch it the worse the quality right? It should be enough for you to be able to read the text..after that stretching it any more will just result in quality degradation for all those people that wan 4x and greater...Even a filtered version does not look quite as good as simply a lower resolution so don't think filters are the answer either.

I don't care about the quality. As long as it's playable, visable, and fun then i'm okay with it. People are too drawn to graphics these days. Too many games look awesome, but are actually very boring.

Visible = playable = fun

bad quality = blocks = ruins fun

This is not a gameplay VS graphics ...that's a decision you make when you choose which games to buy and dump.

It's enough just to see the text...if you can read the text on your browser etc. then 1.5x or 2x should be more than enough....even for those high resolution super widescreen rich boy LCD monitors...I am running at 1280x1024 (which is not exactly the smallest resolution ever) and the current build brings the game text up to pretty much my system text size which I can read...so I don't need any larger and it would be stupid to make it larger as it would cause unneccessary degradation in quality.

I can understand people with 1600x1200 monitors may need 2x or 2.5x...but for people without those resolutions to want that is stupid and they need glasses or must lower their resolution as they obviously can't read their system text either.

At 1024x768 you should even be able to read the text normally without NDS2XGL2..and most definately at 1.5...

One problem. I do have poor vision. Also, I generaly like the older games with worse graphics more than the newer technicly advanced games. What I mean is that I believe that people are spending too much time worrying about graphics instead of gameplay.
