Using AR game saves...

Hi, I was just curious as to whether or not you could use AR game saves with no$gba... and if so, how do you? I am under the impression that you would have to convert it, but not completely sure of what to convert it to (I know it needs to be a .SAV file, but from converters I have seen there is more than one .SAV file you can convert it to) or what program to use to convert it.

It's really not a big deal, but I was just wanting to mess around with different pokemon teams against E4 in Pokemon Diamond, and recently screwed up my game save while messing around with Pokesav and had to start over, so any direction in the right path would be nice. Thanks in advance!!!!

Use the R4 or M3 Simply save type.
