Converter between no$gba saves and "normal" saves?

Is there a way to convert the save files no$gba makes to a more common format? Thanks.

sorry to brother you sorry for my spell i am trying to save a game on no$gba for the game Mario and Luigi Partners in Time when i try too save to crashes please pleaase help please be poifck how too fix it please

If you want to tranfer your no$gba save to ideas enter on no$gba ini file and change to SAV/SNA File Format == Raw i am new to this i do not understand sorry sorry i do not how a save game for Mario and Luigi Partners in Time i am trying too save but it crashes so i can not save a game on the no$gba please please can you be a little more pofick please sorry for my spell
