Phoenix Wright 3 problem

The game plays fine, but saving is impossible. I have tried all save formats, and yes, I reset between them. I don't get any error messages; when I try to load a save, the graphics at the point I saved appear on the screen like they're supposed to, but the screen is frozen.

Please, how did you get it working? I'm absolutely stuck with exactly the same problem, so is it possible to please explain what you did?

try all save formats and you gonna get it works
