link ds

Hi,
I know, there's a way to link 2 gba games using no$gba but is there a way to link 2 nds games, too?
Is there any other emulator, which can emulate a link between two ds games? Or which can emulate the wireless connection?

I still don't get how people can already be thinking of linking games when the games themselves are not even prefectly emulated yet.

I can't help but think that emulating WiFi could result in some questionable responses from the legitimate online community.

Being able to run games you don't own is already bad enough without being able to play with the legitimate owners.

You may be right. Although I think that Nintendo has some kind of security to prevent such thing from happening.

Maybe to stop emulators once they get that far...but as for completely preventing people who never actually bought the game then no. If you have a flash cart you can do friend code battles with those that preordered or have since bought the actual game with no issues whatsoever.

What i meant was, the DS sure is sending some kind of identification when logging into the Nintendo net. So even when the No$GBA gets Wi-Fi compatible, there is no way for people who dont own a real DS to play online becuase they would need their original Firmware.

I've the original version of Pokemon Diamont, but I#m tired of waiting for my friends to come back from holidays just to exchange Pokemons. So I want to help myself by exchanging with myself.

...

wtf...

later someone will come and say to me that I'm too "rude" or something else, but look at this guy, he can't even UNDERSTAND that WIFI isn't working... YET, and ask the same stupid question in a different way

now, if you really has a authentic copy of pokemon diamond, post your friend code here.

there is only 1 ID, that is easily hacked ;p even if you get banned from wifi you can still back and cheat more

Nintendo has ZERO (0) protection on WIFI, just a bunch of loosers.

you can use cheats in any game
you can use roms
you can unban yourself from wifi

need to say more?

ps: expect the same with WII when Wii Action Replay gets released ;p

Sorry, but in most of the threads I looked at say stuff about 'firmware' like you did. Can someone if they dont mind explain what it is and how to get it from the DS. Thanks in advance.

The best answer to your question, NO.

You are not helping the developer. You are complaining. So try to wait at least 6 to 1 years then try it again, that's all. It's your job and our job to find the bugs and test and help him out, not to complaint about the wifi things.
