Digimon World DS Save Problem

Well i have what is all required Firmware, biosds9.rom and biosds7.rom .

Ok, only problem i'm having is i tried to save in game and it took forever to get there. But when i did it said cargaraged not enter or something like that. Then i had to reinstall it and delete save file of the game inorder to work it. What 'NDS Cartridge Backup Media' should i set it to so it will work to save.

Thank you.

You can play three emulators. They runs this game just fine.

NeonDS
no$gba
iDeaS

I test all of them and they save perfectly fine.
