And I'm guessing that, since you lost the game 3 years ago, downloaded a Rom somewhere, which is STILL illegal even if you have the game in your ownership, as it isn't your exact copy. Those in the bin shall see this.

I understand the rules, and I understand to abide by them. But bobrocks didn't merely say "Please don't talk about that, it's against the rules" but rather was like "Wait till I tell the mods on you....". It seems like meticulously digging around for any possible--even remote--sign that someone downloaded a ROM and then tattletaling on it, which, to me, just seems like too much by someone who's not actually moderating the forums.

IP Banning usually doesn't work for most people as they have Static IP's, not Dynamic. It's very easy to change your IP Speyeker :P

It is not fine, since that so call rule is just some made up crap that piracy site uses. It's illegal to have roms/software from those websites no matter how long you have them. So you have to dump your own game from a real cartridge for the game (which you own) to be legal.
