Digimon story sunburst help

Im trying to play digimon story sunburst, but when I start the rom, its like I cant push any buttons. Ive re-configured them, and it still dos'nt work. Can anybody help?

umm that's weird, I'm playing it and it goes normally, just like digimon world ds
