It sounds as if you have not yet used eNDryptS on your rom. That's all that I will say.

In that case, just use another emu. NO$GBA seems too 'difficult' for your to figure out how to use.

Not exactly an insult, just a fact.
NO$GBA requires some skill to get running, and evidently that's how the creator prefers it. Of course, you could use search (here and Google) and see if you can figure it out, but beyond that, it's unlikely that somebody will explain step-by-step to you how to get it running.

Yes this emulator is supposed to only be assembled with a degree of difficulty.
However I figured out how to use it, without any help whatsoever...yes I have asked for help here, but that was only to get it faster or fix a game where I maybe messed up the settings which suddenly made it unplayable, but all the pieces and know-how needed to actually use it, just required about half an hour of searching here and there.
Eventhough you don't understand it I told you pretty much exactly what I thought the problem was.
All that's required here is a little effort and logic.

Good people are hard to find. Fear not, I will be happy to show you, step-by-step, how to use the no$gba emulator. It is very easy.

Alleluia, someone is willing to teach us how to get no$gba working with NDS Roms. There aren't many people like those nowdays.

Most are not willing to show you step by step how to run it, because the author wanted there to be some degree of difficulty. Also anyone who's fairly intelligent (by that I mean is not a complete and total moron) can with a bit of effort find out how to run no$GBA. I did.

Well at least that's my stance on the matter.

I see.... *puts hands together* Lord, pleas help me in this impossible task. Seriously, I suck at figuring out tricky emulators. The most I got was dumping an NDS bios and encrypting the ROM with eNDryptS.

I'm not sure if double posting is bad here but, I get a "Failed to save game!" message in Megaman Battle Network 5 - Double Team

Well you must have chosen the wrong save type then, try the others and se if they work.
I am sorry I don't know which the correct one is.

Also there is no need for Blasphemy.
